How are your plans so inexpensive?
Cloud storage is cheap these days, and hosting static websites can be very efficient with the right architecture. In addition, we are a small bootstrapped team and spend almost nothing on marketing. We pass the savings on to you.
Do you offer domain registrations?
No, we don't register domains. You will need to purchase your domain from other registries and point the domain to our platform by editing the DNS record.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Can I use Super Simple for client websites?
Absolutely! Our service is a great place for your client websites. You can even consider our Agency plan, which lets you offer a customizable login area to your clients, with the ability to charge them a monthly service fee.
Can I prepay for a year?
We only do month-by-month subscriptions for now, but are working on annual plans.
Do you protect against DDoS and other attacks?
Yes, we have DDoS protections in place and a strict firewall.
Do you provide email hosting?
No, we don't offer email mailboxes. You will need to use other providers like Gmail, Protonmail, Outlook, etc.
Do you support server-side languages and databases?
No, we are focused exclusively on static websites. We don't support server-side languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js backend code. We also don't support databases or WordPress hosting.
